silent sighs in the night (troiku)

Inspired by the haiku of a talented poet/haijin,  Celestine Nundanu.

moonlit night
lovers skate on frozen pond
tracing figure eights

a shooting star fades
in abyss of ecstasy
echoes from her lips

into sounds of silence
nestled gently
on virgin snow

    1. Thank you! You do inspire me especially to find the time to publish a collection of my work. I just do not know where to start. I was thinking `seasons` as one place to start…Soon I may be able to work some days from home which will give me an extra 2 hours travel time a day.

      1. I should love to read your collection my friend. 🙂 Praying that you make the time to publish. I never thought that my collection of haiku would ever win an award. but it has won two awards here in my country and I am collecting the second on on March 31, 2019. God is good. 🙂
