my river (haiga)

I would like to introduce you to a writer, teacher, poet, published author and blogger from  British Columbia (Canada)  as my inspiration. I’ve had the pleasure of reading two of her novels and you can check her out at ShawnBird   This haiku comes from her collection called: A Year In Love – A Haiku Collection

I couldn`t decide which so I added these as well:

the river-
stories from afar,
show and tell

my river
flows in different
shades of blue and green

brings the world
to me

  1. I know Shawn’s work but unfortunately had lost track of her … thanks for the re-intro! This is a wonderful collection as well, my compliments Cheryl-lynn!
